I started in the company unloading trailers in receiving, moved up to Highbay Operator, and also spent several months as the receiving forklift operator. I learned there is a balance between the 3 departments to keep the plant running smoothly. I always offer to help whenever and where ever i can to maintain the balance and production moving.

It was my job to track down and secure vehicles that were behind on payments via checking known addresses or spotters through the company. Once the vehicle was reclaimed I would make a quick inspection and bring the vehicle back to the towing yard. I learned time management while with this company. Being a independent contractor I had to find the best way to balance productivity and efficiency.

Every Thursday the auction hosted a large scale sale for different auto dealers to buy cars from the auction house. It was my job to make sure all vehicles ran in numerical order including large trucks and motorcycles. I had to make sure 50 to 100 people all knew when to drive through the auction and which vehicle to take when they returned.
