Certification

I earned my CPR certification through Safeguard CPR Training Services at their CPR training event held at the Greensburg Event Center in Greensburg, PA. The course was hands-on and focused on teaching me how to respond confidently in real emergency situations. I learned how to perform high-quality chest compressions, give proper rescue breaths, use an AED, and assess an unresponsive person. The instructors walked us through step-by-step demonstrations and then had us practice each skill on CPR manikins until our technique was accurate and consistent. After completing both the skills test and the written portion, I officially became CPR certified. Getting certified through Safeguard CPR Training Services gives me the training and confidence to step in and potentially save a life if someone around me ever needs help.
