Summary

Throughout my career in facilities, I have found that the key to managing a site or project successfully is taking the time to truly understand the individual needs and mission of the client and creating a symbiotic relationship with their goals, functions, and aspirations. Every project and site are like an ecosystem, and the greatest successes are met by creating thoughtful solutions and adaptive schedules custom-tailored to each site, not just to meet goals, but to be stewards of the sites that we are responsible for. Spaces are nothing without the enjoyment and experience of the people that inhabit them. As I grow in my career, I hope to expand my project management skills and enhance my administrative expertise to effectively and efficiently mesh with industry standards and client expectations and needs. Every day is an opportunity to learn something new and I welcome each lesson with eagerness and excitement.
