I helped to walk and wash dogs and also take them out to play in the play areas to give them some exercise. I cleaned cat cages and refilled their food and water, as well as helped to clean bunny cages and refill their food and water, as well. When all the workers were busy, I volunteered to help clean dishes as well to keep the dishes clean and ready for future use.

I cleaned horse stalls and picked up, moved, and cleaned up the hay. I refilled the horses' water buckets and cleaned up their feces. Every now and then I'd help to wash the horses, as well.

I organized grocery items in bags and gave them out to the homeless.

I helped to serve food to the homeless and helped clean up around afterwards.
