With over 22 years of experience in the auto industry. I have extensive knowledge of the inner workings of a dealership. My performance and customer relation skills, along with my military training to adapt on the go contributed to making desk manager in only two years in the auto industry. I built a team that competed for the top spot in the dealership monthly. We helped turn our Ford dealership into a top 20 dealership out of 5000 in the nation. While at Mazda I aided to make it the number one dealership in the city and top 10 in the nation.
