Snowboarding is my favorite hobby, outside of climbing. I live in North Carolina, so the mountains here are nothing outside of crazy compared to those out west. I love to shred with my friends and although snowboarding is exciting and I do it for enjoyment, I've learned a lot about myself. I have learned to never give up or back down from a challenge, to go outside your comfort zone and try new things, and to live in the present as you won't ever have the same experience twice.
