As a CCT Paramedic/AQIC, I've gained broad experience in assessing patients of all ages and have been deeply involved in quality audits focusing on stroke, seizure, cardiac arrest, and medication safety. I'm committed to teamwork, able to juggle multiple tasks effectively, and always eager to learn and take on new challenges. My experience extends to teaching Protocol Update classes, helping colleagues renew their BLS/ACLS certifications as an instructor, and assisting with NREMT & State license recertifications. I've also guided new hires through orientation and partnered with FTOs to schedule training rides. As the Mentor Coordinator for the CENLA region, I've supported our team's growth and development. My strong work ethic, adaptability, and proactive approach, combined with my organizational skills and punctuality, make me a reliable team player ready for new opportunities.
