Capacity, Design & Launch - consultant to worldwide design engineering, capacity planning and launch to ensure design optimization and expeditious delivery of all North American Customer Return topology efforts
Reverse Logistics Transportation - manages network load balancing, optimization of network capacity and overall amazon transportation network asset management. Collaborates with multi- functional teams across operations and support verticals to improve accuracy and efficiency of overall Reverse Logistics Transportation network.
Distributed Network - end to end management of all Customer Return grading activities existing outside of core network. Responsible for distributed network performance, influencing excellence through partnership with cross-functional teams and multiple business units demonstrating continued success in driving improvements to both accuracy and speed of customer returns grading.
PMO/New Technology - Project Management Office for NA Returns Network, end to end project tracking and facilitation of change process.
