  • Act as Coordinator on Duty with the ability to provide oversight and leverage resources and partnerships efficiently to achieve day-to-day execution of core responsibilities at Epcot's largest and top revenue-producing retail location generating $92+ Million annually.
  • Ensuring an environment where Guest and Cast safety are the priority by properly monitoring and controlling food preparation/sanitation, health regulations, and working with Leadership team to catch and resolve near-misses.
  • Applying the ability to take initiative and direction, adaptive to change, establishing and facilitating relationships to ensure smooth daily operations among five merchandise locations while reflecting on financial segment reports and applying 5 Keys standards as decision-making tools.
  • Manage workforce and labor tracking on Cast Deployment System by making daily operational decisions that benefit both the Casts and Guests by ensuring positions are issued and delegated properly to maintain the operation's demand.
  • Empowering Cast Members to create magic, story-tell, and recover Guest situations by providing them with all the knowledge, tools, and resources.
  • Partnered with Stock Leader and HOH Team to execute and carry-out special site-specific Merchandise events plans for high demand exclusive product launches such as 50th/100th WDW Celebration releases and Merchandise collaborations with Coach, Dooney & Bourke, Harvey Bags, Rebecca Hook, Annual Passholder Magnets, and limited Festival offerings.
  • Create a site-specific training guide as an aid for local Trainers to effectively onboard, train, mentor and develop competency and skill sets in new Cast Members to set them up for success.
  • Acted as a Trainer designee between Epcot’s training team and cast to roll out and implement new company updates and procedures such as POS system Appetize, and MOS procedures.
  • Branched a mentor program for both Emporium and Creations Shop to help peers develop their cast as well as help college program Cast members build their resume, network, and assist with the goals for both within Disney and outside opportunities.
  • Partnered with different lines of businesses to host mentor sessions for all Cast to attend with the objective to open the door for possible futures that they can be interested in.
  • Responsible for prepping big events such as Disney’s “Not So Scary Halloween Party” and “Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party”. From organizing guest flow to deciding where products will be located to have a successful event.
  • Started a recognition program to help cast be more engaged with guests as well as fulfilling role needs. Partnered with peers and leadership to award redeemable vouchers for a variety of prizes.
  • Helped organize annual potlucks for Diversity and Inclusion to connect all cultures to build a strong relationship with the Cast as well within themselves. Also oversaw this event being communicated through meetings and our Cast information station.
