  • Administer the enforcement of state and federal fishing, wildlife, and boating statutes, administrative regulations, and other criminal laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky under minimal supervision
  • Enforce state and federal wildlife, fishing, and boating regulations by patrolling diverse terrains. I have conducted over 1,000 compliance checks and over 100 investigations, leading to over 300 citations, 10+ summons served and 25 arrests for non-compliance violations. I have gathered evidence for over 20 court cases, including complete and thorough data analysis and documentation of all incidents. Investigations included violations, misdemeanors, and felony arrests covering wildlife crimes such as illegal harvesting of whitetail deer, turkeys, and migratory bird species, and drug-related crimes
  • Work directly with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Agency partners to locate, plan, document, and seize evidence directly related to migratory bird violations, including the illegal take of 5 waterfowl and 1 dove hunting operations over the past 2 years
