• In my current role, I provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving computer and system-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations. I oversee warehouse operations, including inventory organization, order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient workflows. I also assist with inside sales by supporting order processing, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with sales staff. In addition, I contribute to marketing initiatives and merchandising efforts by helping promote products, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is presented clearly and professionally to support sales and customer engagement.

As a part-time Drone Pilot operating under FAA Part 107, I conducted compliant drone operations and aerial photography while coordinating with Air Traffic Control to ensure safe and authorized flights. I was responsible for flight planning, equipment inspections, and operating onboard camera systems to consistently deliver high-quality aerial imagery.

• Worked as a Sales Associate at Runway 36 during the Oshkosh AirVenture airshow, I supported sales operations throughout the event by assisting customers with product selection and delivering high-quality customer service. The role required handling thousands of customers in an extremely high-traffic environment while remaining organized, responsive, and professional during one of the largest aviation events in the country.

• As a Metal Recycling Operations Associate, I supported industrial operations by assisting with the maintenance of heavy equipment and accurately sorting metals to meet processing standards. I was also involved in business and operations meetings, gaining exposure to operational decision-making, safety procedures, and efficiency planning.
