  • Tasked with developing Harman's business at ADI, improving and streamlining processes, promoting and executing on Harman's promotions and programs internally and externally, while also managing a monthly and quarterly quota in both revenue and gross margin.
  • Technical assistance was provided by me to multiple ADI sales departments on Harman brands and products, such as JBL, Crown, AMX, etc.
  • Created sales data-driven plans for our Pro AV Account Managers, demand planning, and marketing teams to execute on growing sales, new or existing marketing pieces, either by email or website, and in order to keep stock levels of top Harman products for faster billing and shipping for the customer.
  • Worked closely with Harman rep firms to bring their direct business over to ADI by selling our value adds.
  • Created and presented quarterly business reviews to both Harman and ADI Pro AV leadership, as well as ADI's regional store managers, on separate breakout calls.
  • Managed the Harman pipeline through the use of Salesforce/CRM to forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Continually updated the Harman folder in ADI's ShareDrive, which included product spec sheets, price lists, restricted item ordering processes, project registration sheets, etc.
  • Participated in weekly meetings with executive leadership team members to discuss progress toward goals.
  • Monitored competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes.
