Im always thinking about the customers perspective, how would the customers see it? when it comes to merchandising and store cleanliness. Im always striving for excellence. I like to push others to strive for excellence, going above and beyond for the company. In my recent years, I increased customer satisfaction; and implemented new culling process twice a day, resulted in less complaints from OPD customers. On nights, I've retrained the team on zoning, meeting the companies zone standards and enforcing stocking standards preparing the store to be open for customers at 6am.
