Event Lead Responsibilities:
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Meet at the storage location in Van Nuys, load all necessary assets, and ensure a seamless start and end to the event day.
• Staff Management: Oversee on-site team, coordinate breaks, and ensure coverage so no more than one staff member is away at a time. Equip the team with essential product knowledge and assets.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Drive daily sales and lead goals by keeping the team motivated, focused, and engaging consumers with high energy.
• Post-Event Recap: Collect consumer quotes, record key metrics, take photos, and provide a detailed manager report.
• Training & Engagement: Conduct role-playing exercises to refine consumer interactions and maximize effectiveness.
• Real-Time Updates: Send check-in and event photos throughout the day.
• Inventory & Storage: Return all event materials to storage and submit an updated inventory report.
