I spent the first half of my banking career on the teller line. Then I worked up my way up to be a Relationship banker internally. I accomplished this task by leading my entire district by having three consecutive months of twenty plus referrals from the teller line over to the platform side. I now have been on the plattform side for two years, and will still help out for the district even if it is on the teller line.
In the month of March I was elected to a top performers event through my company. This past six months I have set a few personal goals and hit them. I had thirty referrals to my financial advisor which led to a successful sixteen QKAS with my financial advisor. I also had thirty one utilized credit cards, which surpassed my previous of twenty six sold cards. I also had a goal of 100 accounts opened in the past 6 months which i surpassed with 118.
