One of my best qualities is that I am very punctual. I do not like being late. I have been on many teams through out my young life, and throughout my work life. Team atmosphere is where I feel like I thrive, but I have also learned over the last few years working the night shift that i can also thrive on my own. Tailings night shift does not have supervision, and it was up to us to be self motivated, and responsible to complete our work orders, and enter them into the system. In closing if I do get hired you will be getting a team guy that understands what it takes to help the team succeed, and also a guy who won't need to be babysat to make sure his work is getting done.
