Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) Team Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge // Honolulu, HI // November 2022 to Current
- Army system Liaison between 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Missile Defense Agency (MDA) representatives in Colorado, Alabama, Japan, and Guam. Deconflicted maintenance for major strategic Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) software updates; ensured critical C2BMC 8.2.5 software was installed while meeting BMD posture. Provided critical feedback on the next gen Integrated Scheduling Tool development with the Missile Defense Agency Strategic Alliance Business Group. Assessed risks and implemented mitigation measures during Joint Theater Air and Missile Defense (JTAMD) conferences; guaranteed regional and homeland BMDs posture levels are met. Routinely developed BMD Maintenance products and briefs to Joint Staffs of Space Command (USPACECOM), Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), and Northern Command (NORTHCOM). Built professional relationships and cultivated deep knowledge within government and customer asset management communities. Reviewed historical records, current operational data and forecasting information to identify and capitalize on system enhancement opportunities. Received high praise of Air Defense Non-Commissioned Officers by Command Team. Served as the Administrative NCO IAMD Cell for the 94th AAMDC Cell for 26 individuals; managed and tracked personnel actions which proved instrumental to Soldiers leave and pay. As the NCOIC of IAMD Team there was strategic planning and coordinating the success of removing an Emergency Operation Center (EOC), and assuming all the respective tasks and overall mission. This proved to be both vital and beneficial to the work life balance for over 45 soldiers and their families. During this time I was the primary hand-receipt holder for over $70 million dollars worth of equipment, and remained accountability of all items.

C2BMC Operator // Honolulu, HI // November 2021 to November 2022
- Executes operational functional control of the AN/TPY-2 Forward Based Mode (FBM) radars through the Command and Control Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) system. Analyzes information gathered by intelligence agencies to assess potential threats by using various analytical methodologies and database systems. Responds and analyzes Early Warning cues generated by Space Based-Infrared Systems (SBIRS) and multiple elements within the Overhead Persistence Infrared (OPIR) missile warning systems. Manages multiple sensors within USINDOPACOM and USNORTHCOM including multiple AN/TPY-2 radars, Cobra Dane (CD) and the Sea-Based X-Band Radar (SBX). Provides detection, tracking, characterization, and understanding of objects within the Space Domain in support of USNORTHCOM mission priorities. Contributes to the JTAMD in support of United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), USNORTHCOM, and USINDOPACOM. Supports designated operational plans by providing early warning support to USINDOPACOM's regional and USNORTHCOM's homeland ballistic missile defense from the 613th Air and Space Operations Center (AOC).

- Worked in real world 24hour operations monitoring North Korean Missile Research & Development launches. Collected data on various missile types and launch grid coordinates for North Korean Tactical Ballistic Missile (TBM) launches. Oversaw teams planning, implementing and realigning field and base operational strategies. Presented regular briefings to superior officers, delivering details on missions and classified tactical information. Maintained knowledge of the high risk threats throughout the Pacific Area of Responsibility(AOR). Provided on-the-job training to subordinates and superiors to ensure team cohesion and mission success. Performed inspections and routine maintenance on equipment. Updated documentation such as technical manuals and equipment maintenance records.
