• Assisted call-in customers with questions and orders.
• Explained features and advantages of various lasers and equipment (JPT vs Raycus laser sources, lens and wattage selection, etc).
• Replied to social media, text and email messages with potential laser customers. Typically closing the deal on 1-3 fiber laser engravers a week.
• Provide technical support to existing customers (through zoom, charged by the hour)

• Used CNC and manual equipment (such as belt sanders, sand blasters, buffers, dremel tools, etc) to perform both initial and final product. This shop Farrier tools such as forging hammers, pritchels, and tongs.
• Utilized CAD and CAM software to design tool paths, select cutting tools and set machine parameters.
• Operated CNC and manual lathes, mills and drill presses to produce precision machined components.
• Performed general maintanence and clean up of the shop.
