Intra-procedure and Post-procedure

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures (e.g., cardiac catheterizations, PCI, device placements)
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation per protocol

• Maintain ACLS competency and respond to codes

Documentation and Compliance

• Accurately document medications, hemodynamic data, procedure details and patient response
• Follow regulatory, safety, and infection control standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Deliver comprehensive critical care to patients with complex multi-system conditions
• Respond to and lead code situations, rapid responses, and high-acuity admissions.
• Skilled in hemodialysis, CRRT, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, vasoactive infusions, targeted temperature management
• Serve as a resource for bedside nurses, provided clinical guidance and support during emergencies, procedures, and critical decision-making
• Coordinate daily operations and patient flow in the ICU, ensuring optimal nurse-patient assignments based on acuity and skill mix
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, float nurses, and ancillary personnel on shift.
