Summary

I started with the company as a dishwasher at a brand new store when I was 17. I worked my way up through every single position in the back. In that process I opened 6 different stores with the corporate training team around the country. In order from 1st to last. Toledo North, Ohio; Bakersfield, California; Hixson, Tennessee; Chillicothe, Ohio; Zanesville, Ohio; Brighton, Michigan; Mason, Ohio( as a kitchen manager).

I was the trainer for multiple different stations and developed a great network of people doing so.

Promoted to manager I was challenged to go to Chillicothe,Ohio and help turn that store around as a Kitchen Manager to advance to Mason, Ohio as an opening store manager. I improved food cost, labor and overall cleanliness after a year and a half. I was then given the opportunity to go to Mason, Ohio. At Mason location in the first 18 months open we beat every target number given to us and continue to blow people away. Some accomplishments I have from this store include;

Nominated Kitchen Manager of the Year (entire company)

#1 ESF in the entire company (internal audit) 4 per year 688 stores

All in contest winner for the year of the market (10 stores, measurements tracking labor, food cost, turnover, secret shopper scores, audit scores)

Made Business of the Year (Chamber of Commerce)
