  • Lead day-to-day operational activities in accordance with business objectives for 4 Corporate owned stores and 74 franchised locations.
  • Cultivated significant culture shift within EGFS operations that led to record setting total revenue and consolidated profit in 2021 and 2022.
  • Recognized by President for revitalizing EGFS after COVID and setting foundation for new growth.
  • Responsible for franchisee compliance and implementing necessary accountability measures and corrective action plans.
  • Resurrected Corporate Store Division (CSD) that has operated at a loss for 16 consecutive years prior to my arrival. Resulting in growth from 1 to 4 units. During 2022 achieved 40% year over year sales.
  • Developed and built systems and procedures for daily store operations that was core to improving system profitability.
  • Responsible for designing first ever true Drive Thru concept
