• Audits and Monitors the collection and record keeping of important documents such as contracts and Certificates of Completion. Audit and close orders with accuracy.
• Process and submit bi-weekly payroll (input appropriate hours, PTO, Misc. or Holidays). Review the payroll system daily to collect and record missed punches. Serves as the primary point of contact and liaison for office staff and Market support on day-to-day operational and administrative issues.
• Coordinate, order, and oversee the management of supplies and equipment for the office. Ensures work procedures and standards to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department are being met. Attend all meetings as scheduled and deliver reports pertaining to the Market P&L.
