• Duties of being a journeyman lineman included maintaining a safe work zone. Using problem solving skills to progress through difficult work scopes. During this time at PAR I obtained my Barehand certification along with Robotic arm training. Which was an extensive two week training at the lazy Q in Texas. After receiving my Certification I worked on the wolf creek 345kv energized project for nearly a year. Providing safe goal oriented production.
• Duties of a line Forman include overseeing the safety of crew members and others working on the job site. It included the oversight and layout of the job. To keep the job moving in a positive and safe direction. Assist the General Foreman of completing the project on time. In this time I have worked maintenance from single phase change outs to three phase major road wides, including overhead and underground re conduct with pole change outs. Preformed large transmission projects with under build, maintaining a positive safe attitude towards the multiple crew and members on sight.
