  • In free time between customers and when we were stocked on all of the food, I was in charge of preparing, I would either help my coworkers with their jobs, or I would clean my station to make sure I was ready to go with anything that was needed of me.
  • On days when we were short-staffed, I would work as a food runner. My responsibility was to keep track of the shortages in different concessions and report them to the griller, so that I could bring them more food.
