So what I do is I use insulation to put on certain molds depending on if the formula needs it or not and do things like patch holes in if it were to break and paint them up so that nothing goes wrong and when I finish that and they are ready to go we load them into furnaces that are up to 2200 degrees and they have to sit for about an hour then we gear up with our head proof stuff and we pull them and bring them over to the guy that pours metal into them
I would go around asking customers if they needed help and really touch with the customer and try my best to help them get what they need to finish their projects.. I also would make sure that all the shelves and were stocked fully and that all of our wood was stocked as well
