Accomplishments

I worked with Chef Tamara Stanger, a well known Chef from Arizona for a number of years. Including moving to a remote location where I was lucky enough to help her execute her vision for 2 years at Hell's Backbone Grill. Before and during this including multiple events and tasting menu's with innovative and challenging dishes that were accomplished at a high skill level.
