I handle the day to day maintenance requests as well as scheduling all preventive maintenance for the building, as well as making sure we keep an inventory of supplies we go through the most, when I started here the building was still under construction so it really allowed me to gain the interior knowledge of the building when all the electrical and communication as well as the plumbing, this was my first hotel as I came from a residential background but it has really allowed me to broaden my knowledge of the hospitality industry
