  • Being a counselor at Pine Cove, each week I was in charge of 7 to 8 guys in my cabin.
  • Getting the campers to meals and activities on time, as well as leading them spiritually the whole week.
  • As a member of the ropes team, it was my responsibility over the summer to work on the ropes course and be certified to send and go down on many different rope activities, like ziplines and free falls.
  • Spending a week on the work crew, I was tasked with cleaning and maintenance for the camp as a whole.
  • Working in the camp store, I dealt with customer service and relations during the time period when campers are allowed to go and buy snacks and merchandise.
  • My biggest responsibility as a counselour at Pine Cove was to be a christian spiritual leader in my campers lives each week, and to help them grow a deeper and more personal relationship with Christ.
