Dynamic church organist with perfect pitch and a passion for liturgical music, previously leading Salem United Church of Christ's choir. Known for efficient leadership and exceptional communication skills, I thrive in collaborative environments, bringing joy to congregations through music.
I do many types of freelance work here in Pasadena, including jazz crooning gigs and organist gigs at churches.
After I left Salem, another parish took notice of me, and suggested that I become their next organist. I planned to start this position this fall, but due to relocation, I had to step back.
I’ve always considered this my main job, as I would lead the congregation with my musical gifts. I’ve provided accompaniment for the congregational hymns, and have directed their choir. Sadly, due to the church closing, I have lost this very special position for me.
My job was to provide the restaurant with their most notable food category: desserts. Their Ice Cream was always in high demand, and I had to make sure that their orders were ready to be made.
I've been a musician my entire life, playing piano since 4, singing since COVID, and recently fell in love with the organ.
When I was in High School, I've had the privilege to be in all three major choirs; Concert Choir, Chamber, and the award-winning acapella group, Evolve. After High School, I've spent one year at Frostburg State, where I've participated in University Chorale, Chamber Singers, and directed the acapella group, the Xenharmonics. There, I was also music director for Salem UCC, right outside of campus. I've also interned at Divine Mercy Catholic Parish as a cantor.
