Some of the things that I have done in my 6 years at ND DOT,include running and maintaining of snow and ice removal equipment, blade patching with motor grader, wedging with Bobcat, hand patching, culvert repair and replacement,with the excavator, and ran tar kettle, for crack pouring, blade patching, sand, and chip sealing.
Worked with engineers on construction projects, assault paving,concrete testing for CPR, SPAL, full depth repair, and bridge deck overlays. I am certified with assault paving inspection. I am also apart of the safety committee. Were I do shop inspections twice a year.

Ran and maintained bulldozers, tractors, trucks, semi's, excavators, and loaders. Some of the job duties included hauling gravel, worked out of Crystal sugar,  drainage ditching, and tree removal for farmers.

I ran sprayer, fertilizer spreader, planter, and combine.  Maintained equipment with some fabrication, and welding,

 Managed the daily schedule for customer vehicle maintenance, which included oil changes, alignments, and tire repair. Other duties included hiring,preparing the schedule, for part-time,and full time employees, along with preparing billing statements for customers and vendors.

I Ran and maintained equipment, tractors, strait trucks, semi-trailers, combines, and various tillage equipment. Examples of some of the crops that we harvested potatoes, wheat, corn, and soybeans. During the farms off time in the winter months, I would work in the spud house loading trucks, and working on equipment. Worked at Sproule farms full time for about 2 years. Then only in the summer time, when I started at Transystems.

I started out as a semi-truck driver, where i would haul beets from beet piles to Crystal Sugar plants. After a few months was offered a job as Equipment operator were I ran loader, and excavator, I would work at the  beet piles loading trucks, and maintaining the beets piles.b
    In 2009 was offered a Sub-supervisor position, and short time after I was offered a position full time. Some of my duties  were scheduling, overseeing outside operations, with the employees,trucks, and loaders. Employee evaluations, training, payroll and hiring.
