My duties under supervision of an Registered Nurse assist in assessment of physical, psychological and social dimensions of patients in health care units and, as necessary in housing units. Administered medications according to proper techniques, communicated information to ancillary departments using established referral processes, documented nursing encounters using SOAP form of charting. Intervenes with proper safety techniques, procedures and standard protocols.

While working on Hemodialysis unit my duties included participating in team nursing and promoting team concept throughout all clinic activities. Assist other staff in performance of their duties in accordance with policies and as allowed by state regulations. Obtained vitals signs and evaluated data.
