Supervise the Supportive Services for Veterans and Families by managing a budget over 1.5 million dollars, signing off on all financial assistance as well manage all the other program budgetary needs including salaries, building usage and all other needs of the program. Program Manager supervises the Case Managers, Health Care Navigator, and the Outreach worker by conducting monthly supervisions and supporting them and all their work responsibilities. The Program Manger ensures all program guidelines are followed and all case manager files are up to date and processed properly.
Serve as liaisons between students and their families and the school to help children who face problems such as disabilities, abuse, or poverty. Refer families to community resources as well as consult with parents, teachers, and other school personnel to determine causes of school issues and to implement solutions. Maintain case records and prepare reports to support families with their need.
Counsel parents with child rearing concerns and write treatment plans to determine whether further action is required. Refer clients to community resources to help maintain family stability. Place children in foster or adoptive homes or medical treatment centers if needed and maintain case records and prepare reports for court and monthly meetings.
Supervise group home staff, maintain fiscal management of the house and complete staff schedules. Supervisor also oversees residents schedule and weekly appointment, coordinates training for staff to ensure their certifications are current. Supervisor ensure maintenance of the house is completed in accordance with the schedule and processes payroll and rotates being on calls for 24 hours every other week.
