I was 2nd shift mold lead my job was to make sure we got our production number for the day, make sure we had logos and supplies for the shift & make sure the people on my oven/station have PPE(personal protective equipment) at the end make sure everything is clean on my station. at the end of the night turn the machine off, Other task included reading the logistics chart and marking (down time) at my station and communicating with my supervisor about mold changes and powder weights also sending the people on my station to break I also was the 2nd shift trainer for new employees coming to mold
