• Triage, Admissions health history, coordination of services, prescribe orders, pharmacy, psychiatry, medication administration, administer CIWA and COWS protocol, apply appropriate interventions, continuous monitoring of unit, assistance with restraints when needed, Coordination of care with multi-disciplinary team, giving direction to health care staff to assist in unit movement, milieu monitoring and patient engagement.

• Charge Nurse of unit, Therapeutic Communication and professional to patients, visitors and coworkers, monitor patients' health and administer basic utilizing the nursing process within LPN/LVN scope of practice, collaborate with others to ensure patient safety and needs are met, administer CIWA and COWS protocol, apply appropriate interventions, transcribe doctor's orders, document and chart patients care, notify nurse or doctor of changes.
