Enjoy learning and exploring to continue gaining experience in any field I had and future work. I commit to providing quality work and meeting deadlines if need be. I’m reliable and dependable, able to work independently along, with being a team-player. After succeeding expectations I set for myself, I’m ready to seek new experiences with the job.
Im be responsible for taking customer orders, preparation of food and taking payments, providing quality customer service, and making sure customers received their orders on time.
Performed quality assurance checks to ensure the proper handling, tracking, and environmental conditions of food products for safety and compliance. Ensured that all products are manufactured under correct procedure and meet safety guidelines, made decisions and acted on any issues that required resolution or correction. Off loaded and loaded products on trucks. Trained as dock coordinator, cold chained- which is checking the temperatures outside the trucks, and pulled trailers to and from the dock. Whenever a person called out or was on vacation I would be a fill-in for those positions.
A pallet of damaged products would come, which I’d decipher if I am able to fix it or if an I.T. technician has to take over the damaged computers. Stocked shelves after products went through the CFC department, the re-boxing area, the I.T. department, and the Product Returns Sector. I’d ensure the item or items are in good shape and pieces aren’t missing then put it in the system when returned products would go through the line. A truck would arrive and I’d scan each product to put in the inventory, print four labels to place on the four sides of the scanned product that has a pallet underneath.
I’d maintain the security log report and answer telephones, especially when trucks approached. I’d notify the log what type of truck arrived, what time they entered, and what time they exited the doc in the computer. Keeped attendance of people coming in and out of the facility.
