Launched career in education and athletics as Head Football Coach at Wright Junior High School while also coaching Head Soccer team, focusing on leadership, discipline, and fostering student development.

As Campus Athletic Coordinator, I provided comprehensive leadership and oversight for all athletic programs, ensuring alignment with district expectations and a strong culture of discipline, accountability, and student success. I supervised and developed coaching staff, coordinated practice and game schedules, and implemented structured systems to enhance program organization and efficiency. I worked collaboratively with administrators, teachers, and parents to support student-athletes both academically and athletically, while promoting character development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Additionally, I utilized data and performance feedback to continuously improve athletic programs and create a positive, competitive environment for all participants.
