• Family Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with families, acting as a liaison between the school and community to support student success.
• Student Support & Development: Assess student needs and implement individualized strategies to support academic achievement, social-emotional growth, and positive decision-making.
• Restorative Practices & Discipline: Utilize restorative justice approaches to resolve conflicts, mediate disputes, and implement disciplinary actions that promote accountability and growth.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with school leadership, counselors, and educators to develop policies, initiatives, and interventions that enhance student experiences.
• Crisis Management & Intervention: Respond to student crises and provide immediate support, collaborating with counselors, social workers, and outside agencies when needed.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyze student behavior trends, attendance, and engagement to inform policies and interventions that improve student outcomes.
