I am responsible for investigating allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of vulnerable adults. I work to ensure the safety and well-being of these individuals by conducting thorough investigations, assessing risks, and providing appropriate interventions. We're responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings such as offices, schools, hospitals, hotels, and residential buildings. We perform a wide range of cleaning tasks to ensure that the premises are tidy, organized, and free from dirt, dust, and debris. Cleaning professionals play a crucial role in creating a safe and healthy environment for occupants and visitors while adhering to safety regulations and guidelines while performing our duties. This includes using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), following proper handling and storage procedures for chemicals, and ensuring the safe operation of cleaning equipment.
