Accomplishments
- While working at Lee Memorial Health Systems, I established the first Pharmaceutical disposal program for 5 hospitals in Fort Myers, Florida
- I was the Lead for the new hospital building project and assisted in relocating 102 patients from the old hospital to the new facility
- The total footprint was over 2,000,000 square feet
- Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, I headed the project to remodel the geriatric unit's west wing
- Finished project three weeks in advance
- At Providence Hospital, I managed the Emergency room remodeling project for $8 Million, costing 7.2 million
- At Lovelace regional hospital, I managed the roof replacement project for Med-Surg, a $500,000 project: cost savings of $300,000 completed two months earlier
- Remodeled Physical Therapy department; relocated the lab to the new location in the hospital
- Managed the building project for a new OR room with two additional Endo rooms; all projects were under budget
- Moreover, completed under the period projected
- Currently, manage the new Cath Lab building project of 1.4 million.
