A typical day for me as a cook for St.Rose (sodexo) Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday i would do open kitchen i normally would just grab my menus from the clip board and start grabbing my supplies that i need to make my meal, It could be baked ziti, pork,chicken,beef stir-fry,mac-cheese bar, tacos bar, and so on. On Sunday and Monday i would have a busy day doing open kitchen, rustic root (vegan), and simple serve which consists of Vegan stew with rice and vegetable or Lemon chicken with roasts potatoes and a vegetable Menus change everyday it never the same when i have free time i cook off chicken for the stations and pasta i also help when i am needed.

A typical day as a Utilities worker at Ualbany My job task is to wash dishes bring them out to the line, Change the sodas machine.

Keep my area clean.

Take out trash I also help out wherever I'm needed, Also in the morning and night clean the dishwasher make sure all the trash was out.

Enhanced safety protocols by regularly inspecting and repairing distribution lines and utility poles.

A grill cook for sodexo we do (FOD) food on demand so the food is already cook but if the cooks need help i'm willing to help. I can do multiple stations such as grill,pasta,open kitchen, I set up my own stations and at the and of the night i clean up my stations make sure it stock for the next day. When i am not busy I cleaning or helping serve, or where ever i can be helpful at.

• I would change all the trash cans then clean the bathrooms sweep the floor clean up any spills
• I would also help with charts and loading and unloading the trucks
• I was the only worker to get all my tasks done all the managers like me never had no problems was offered the lead maintenance position.

• Responsibilities First come in I would mop the floors and sweeps the work area
• Then I clean the bottle machines take out the trash and bring the bottle to the back
• If the machines do not work for the customer I will write up a ticket for them
• When I close I would have to clean the walls and mop and sweep and bring all bottle to the back
• I was a fast worker did my job came in on time
• Moving the bottle to the back and putting them on the truck at the end of the night.
