A typical day for me as a cook for St.Rose (sodexo) Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday i would do open kitchen i normally would just grab my menus from the clip board and start grabbing my supplies that i need to make my meal, It could be baked ziti, pork,chicken,beef stir-fry,mac-cheese bar, tacos bar, and so on. On Sunday and Monday i would have a busy day doing open kitchen, rustic root (vegan), and simple serve which consists of Vegan stew with rice and vegetable or Lemon chicken with roasts potatoes and a vegetable Menus change everyday it never the same when i have free time i cook off chicken for the stations and pasta i also help when i am needed.
A typical day as a Utilities worker at Ualbany My job task is to wash dishes bring them out to the line, Change the sodas machine.
Keep my area clean.
Take out trash I also help out wherever I'm needed, Also in the morning and night clean the dishwasher make sure all the trash was out.

A grill cook for sodexo we do (FOD) food on demand so the food is already cook but if the cooks need help i'm willing to help. I can do multiple stations such as grill,pasta,open kitchen, I set up my own stations and at the and of the night i clean up my stations make sure it stock for the next day. When i am not busy I cleaning or helping serve, or where ever i can be helpful at.
