O'Hare Airport Terminal Utilization Simulation Project, UIC, 2021

 Using flight records available from the O'Hare Airport, the team and I modeled an airplane arrival function using a Gamma distribution that passes a 95% confidence Chi-Squared goodness-of-fit test and used this data to simulate Airport terminal utilization in Arena.

Analyzed a safety hazard that existed, the team and I presented a detailed report on why it occurs and how it can be prevented. We also provided a solution on how such incidents can be prevented by using safety equipment and following safety guidelines.


Plant layout project, UIC, 2022

 Took an existing production floor layout, analyzed the bottlenecks. Redesigned the whole plant layout using Visio and improved the production capacity and efficiency of the factory by 23%.
