Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Worked closely with TIER 1 and TIER 2 suppliers to design, prototype, and manufacture modules. Led supplier reviews, managed risk mitigation, and ensured cost and complexity reduction.
Cost Reduction & Continuous Improvement: Implemented cost reduction methods, supported prototype and production builds, and actively participated in product improvements, resulting in increased profitability and efficiency.
