- In charge of different departments such as: Tool shop, tool grinding, programming, staging, and BOM/Router team

- Led the standardization for tool, die, punch and insert drawings in an effort to modernize and limit variation between toolmakers.
- Support production department with quick turn around for tools in metal stamping, metal forming, machining (polymers and metals) molding, and inspection gages/fixtures.
