UCSD Solar Car Project: Designed mechanical and structural components through SolidWorks such as suspension, chasis, and axles for the drivetrain. Designed components went through FEA and machinery to become available or the team to assemble
COSMOS Masonry Project: Utilizing given materials, a three-stroy masonry-like building was built in two weeks and then tested through a shake table with 6 degrees of motion until failure. Analyzing the deficiencies of the structure, it was retrofitted and retested for improvement. Out team presentation was recognizes as the best among others.
Senior Project: Designed a 9-Story building using AISC and Seismic Analysis. Key components were a retaining wall, mat foundation, cantilever and two-way slabs, beams, girders, and columns.
