Summary

Having worked with so many different individuals from different backgrounds in my past and current jobs I recognize the variety of personalities and motivations which allows me to remain solution oriented, flexible and professional in my approach and customer service. I look forward to assisting and encouraging clients to achieve their goals even in possibly trying situations such as heat, steep grades, physical discomfort, etc. through my motivational skills. As I have always loved hiking, which I do a lot of in Austria when I visit, I hope to convey my affection for the outdoors through my enthusiasm for flora, fauna, geology, possibly history of the area, and movement in general. I still have a lot to learn but like to share what I can. I hope to be a serious asset in a team environment working under a clear set of goals and help build a vision of excellence.
