Neurodivergent encompasses a diverse range of differences that affect the way as an adult individual which I process information and experience the world. For neurodivergent adults, navigating daily life can present unique challenges, but with the right strategies and hacks, and support from my employer I know I can thrive and make the most out of each day. Neurodivergent is a part of my identity and often referred to as "on the spectrum and/or Autistic", and it can be a source of strength and innovation. I am patient and will seek support from my employment leadership and I am not afraid to experiment with different strategies to find what works best for you /the company I am working for. With the right tools and mindset, I can navigate life with neurodivergent and embrace the full potential of my abilities for the betterment of your company.
