Department leader for Diversity group Each department has one leader that attends to appointed meetings to get an update on facility news, tasks and learn about updates for system apps. The team leader also views leadership roles from a mentor in different designated departments to show how individuals carry managerial duties with their staff. Mock trials are also offered for team members who are looking for leadership positions in the future. After obtaining such information, it is the leadership teammate’s role to bring collected data back and update and teach/ share to their current department.
