Managing and leading team of 4+ developers for successful delivery of multiple in-house native IOS mobile applications for Technical Operations division. Under this leadership role, involved with our business users for product requirement discussions and ensuring final product is as per expectation. Involved in technical design discussions and architectural solution.

Accomplishments:

• Developed award winning mobile application for front-line aircraft maintenance technicians, currently being deployed in multiple stations both domestic, international and being used by over 6000+ technicians on daily basis
• This application received Commercial Aviation/MRO Laureates Award 2019

Develop and design new applications on latest Microsoft tools and technologies along with open-source web application framework. Responsible for reliability and stability of existing applications. Working in an agile SDLC manner for efficient results and better productivity.

Accomplishments:

• Reengineered multiple systems that fueled improvements to productivity, efficiency, uptime and accuracy for global business operations. Developed code, system design and test/QA plans for all solutions.
• Implemented web responsive application to be accessible on cross-platforms.

Develop, maintain and support application programs for Windows and Web-based systems. Analyze code for system testing and debugging; create test transactions to find, isolate and rectify issues; and managing a team of three programmers while reporting to the CEO.

• Architected and participated in design, testing and deployment of client/server and multi-tier applications.
• Served as team leader for multiple projects, duties include managing tasks, timeline and distributing workload and executing them in a timely manner.

Progressed through promotions, culminating in responsibility for Web-based and multi-threaded application programming within high-volume setting. Programming tasks including new development, enhancements, maintenance and support for clients’ and in-house applications and interfaces. Engineered software products, handling complex analysis and intricate programming to meet project requirements.

• Led solutions engineering that involved process automation, functionality enhancement. Replaced time-consuming, error-prone manual processes with elegant, automated solutions.
• Developed and implemented cross-platform and service oriented architecture for multiple projects including web-based and VOIP applications. Completed projects under budget and three weeks ahead of deadline.
• Coded new solutions that increased performance and scalability by 50% and 75%, respectively.

Worked as a Software Developer and a System analyst to analyze and design software products majorly windows-based and VOIP applications and had meetings with clients to solve their business problems. Actively involved in internal team project meetings to generate object oriented structure and database design.
