With over 30 years of dedicated experience in both the medical and childcare fields, I bring a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and leadership to every role I undertake. My background includes providing high-quality care across all age groups—from infants to the elderly—in diverse settings such as private homes, hospitals, long-term care facilities, hospice environments, and specialized group homes.
I successfully owned and operated both in-home and center-based childcare programs for 13 years, where I managed a team of 21 staff members and provided nurturing care to over 200 children. My expertise extends to working with individuals with disabilities in day habilitation programs and residential settings for more than two decades.
I hold two active licenses from the State of Ohio and am certified in medication delegation. Currently, I am completing my degree in Social Work, with specialized training in Substance Use Disorder and Counseling. My career reflects a lifelong commitment to serving others with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.

I am a devoted pastor with over 14 years of ministry experience, and the founder and senior pastor of The House of Matthew Outreach Ministry. My calling has always been centered on serving individuals and families with compassion and purpose. Over the years, I’ve provided vital support in areas such as housing, food security, transportation, education, and job placement—meeting both spiritual and practical needs within the community. My counseling ministry includes marital counseling, individual therapy, group sessions, and guidance for those navigating mental health and substance use challenges. I’ve also led and collaborated on numerous community initiatives, always with the goal of uplifting, restoring, and empowering lives. My mission is anchored in the love of Christ—bringing hope, healing, and transformation to every soul Jesus has entrusted to my care.
