Managed the smokeshop, and in the past the adjoining businesses at the time..a cigar loft and wine bar. Navigated business thru high turnovers, COVID and the changing culture we all got to know. Went on thru the years to become the main non-contracted order clerk for all locations as well as a trusted partner in collecting money from all locations, transporting to office, counting and preparing for deposit.

Was responsible for many departments over the years including team management, ordering, merchandising following planograms focusing daily on recovery and shrink.
